ToLM has been developed in a partnership between the New Zealand Pasifika Principals Association (NZPPA), Ministry of Education (MOE) and the New Zealand Principals Federation (NZPF).
ToLM’s vision is to strengthen leadership capabilities to improve outcomes for Pacific learners, and contribute to linguistically and culturally sustainable practices and processes across Aotearoa NZ.
We seek out, energise and grow the ‘Wayfinder’ in principals, engaging them in Pacific-specific capability growth.
ToLM’s Pasifika facilitators are all experienced Pacific principals with outstanding Pacific leadership capabilities.
