Residential Fono 2022 – Hokianga 

This is a part of the introductory journey of leadership through a Pacific lens. It is about 'place-based' learning that helps provide the scene for this Pacific lens. It  brings principals together with a common purpose to strengthen leadership capabilities, surfacing personal beliefs, strategic planning, growing knowledge, building partnerships, and examining structures and processes that value and validate Pacific learner knowledge and skills. This gives principals the opportunity to fully engage in the learning for their own personal growth.
